Candidate and job summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic thinking Data Analyst to join our growing Customer Success team.

As the first data analyst in the team, you’ll be extracting and interpreting data to identify efficiency and growth opportunities within the businesses we service, directly impacting their commercial decisions and enhancing the online experience for hundreds of thousands of website visitors around the world.

About The Customer Success Team

Our Customer Success team’s mission is to maximise the website potential and drive qualified leads for every business that we work with. Supporting our clients on their digital journey in an efficient and optimal way is essential to our long-term relationship with them, and to our commercial success.

The team is spread across our India and London offices, so you’ll be collaborating with the global team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You will be helping to answer questions such as “At what stage of the lead generation funnel are visitors dropping off?” and “What is the cost per high value lead needed to deliver a positive ROI”
  • You will be helping to drive our ROI delivery whilst continuously improving the services we deliver. Your insights will have a direct contribution to our customer lifetime value and ultimately our topline revenue
  • From day one, you will be working with cross-functional departments to support our clients, by ways of building KPI dashboards, ad-hoc data pulls, and business reviews
  • Partner with other teams to identify trends and opportunities in driving growth
  • Partner with our Technology team to identify and close gaps in data feeds
  • Problem Solving- with our department and business growing rapidly, and with even bigger growth plans ahead, new challenges and insights will develop for you to tackle
  • Leading investigations into understanding trends and patterns in the performance of service and products
  • Creating data to represent Customer Success objectives and interests to other functions (e.g. Operations)

What You’ll Need To have

  • Academic background of studying data, science, maths or engineering
  • Excellent time management, problem solving and teamwork
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Mining applications (Power BI, Tableau, ClickView Click Sense )
  • Proficient in Excel with graphical representation capabilities
  • Hands on SQL experience
  • Strong analytical skills & techniques to identify key messages from data sets
  • Experience reporting & presenting to management

Required Experience

  • History of either studying or working in the UK/US (desired)
  • Experience working with a predominately UK/US client base (essential)
  • Experience working with remote teams (ideal)
  • A university degree in the fields of science, engineering, maths or data sciences (ideal)
